本作品は、ステージにアレイ状に配置された36個のインフレータブルモジュールによって構成される動的な実体形状ディスプレイです。各モジュールは、 その下を自律的に移動するファン搭載ロボットによって個別に制御され、プログラムされたパターンに従って形状を変化させることで、動的な2.5次元パターンを生成します。 空気と小型ロボット群の組み合わせを通して、装置サイズに対して大きな体積変化を可能にし、物理空間における情報の動的な具現化を実現します。

This installation presents a dynamic substantial shape display consisting of 36 inflatable modules arranged in an array on the stage. Each module is individually controlled by autonomous robots equipped with fans that move beneath the modules, enabling the modules to inflate and deflate in programmed patterns and generate dynamic 2.5D patterns. Through the combination of air and small swarm robots, we are able to make large changes in volume relative to the device’s size, and dynamically materialize information in physical space.
