Liquebits
編み込まれたチューブに透明な液体と色付きの液体を交互に送り込むことで、チューブ内に液体による色彩パターンを構成する研究プロトタイプ。EHD（電気流体力学）現象を利用することで、液体の操作を最小限の機械部品で静かに制御することを可能にする。本研究では、静粛性、柔軟性、携帯性に優れた、表現力豊かな液体インタフェースのためのアクチュエーションと作品表現を探求する。
Liquebits is a research prototype that alternately feeds clear and colored liquid into a braided tube to compose a color pattern. By utilizing the EHD (Electrohydrodynamics) phenomenon, liquid manipulation can be controlled quietly with minimum mechanical parts. This research explores the actuation and expression of work for a quiet, flexible, portable, and expressive liquid interface.
